You may use Brainzie Poolside for personal and coaching use. It is a timing aid: while every time is captured at the instant you tap, accuracy depends on your taps and your device, so it is not a substitute for certified timing equipment at sanctioned competitions.
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brainzie Ltd is not liable for any loss arising from its use — including reliance on recorded times.
Your timing data stays in your browser on your device; we don't hold it. See the Privacy Policy for the anonymous usage counts we do collect.
We may update the app and these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
